Russia is currently under Sanctions program sanctions programs: OFAC RUSSIA, EU RUSSIA, UK RUSSIA. Russia is not under a country-wide US embargo, but it is under broad list-based and sectoral sanctions: OFAC's Russia programme (E.O. 14024), the US import bans and the G7 oil price cap (E.O. 14066 and 14071), the EU's successive sanctions packages and UK measures. Hundreds of vessels in the Russian oil trade are individually designated by the US, EU or UK. Screen the vessel, its owner and its cargo; the port call alone does not tell you whether a voyage is prohibited.
