ArcNautical provides a maritime intelligence platform offering voyage risk scoring, fleet monitoring, threat intelligence, and alert services for maritime industry professionals. The Service aggregates publicly available data sources to generate risk assessments and intelligence products.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
The Service is available in multiple tiers (Starter, Professional, Enterprise), each with different feature sets, rate limits, and pricing. Specific tier details are provided at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to modify tier features with 30 days notice.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

ArcNautical is not a substitute for professional marine surveying, legal compliance review, or official meteorological forecasting. Users should always exercise independent judgment and consult appropriate professionals for critical decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcNautical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service, including its software, algorithms, scoring models, user interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ArcNautical. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights.
Data generated by the Service (risk scores, reports, assessments) for your account is licensed to you for your internal business use. You may share report outputs with your clients and stakeholders.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
