ArcNautical does NOT determine or assert current ownership, beneficial ownership, control, operation, management, chartering, or affiliation beyond what OFAC publishes. Every company named here is itself a Specially Designated National.",
    "Counts are deduplicated per vessel record and linked party. A vessel record naming more than one linked party (~1.8% of the fleet) is counted once, under its most-frequently-linked party, so the distribution sums exactly to the vessel-record total.",
